VOH helps establish a crafts training centre near Dharamshala
VOH facilitated the establishment of a Handicrafts training cum production center in village Rajol near Kangra airport. The training centre will focus on providing training to the youth in the region making crafts out of Bamboo. In addition work will be undertaken to promote commercial plantations of Bamboo amongst the farming community. VOH facilitated a handicrafts training program for 25 women in Jatehar village close to Dharamshala in Himachal Pradesh. The first training was sponsored by ISAP, a Delhi based NGO starting from 10th August, 2010.
